WCW: Ashley Benson

I love Ashley since the Fab 5 Texas Cheerleading Scandal movie. She's crazy gorgeous and I think she's a great actress. I love her character Hanna on Pretty Little Liars. She did a phenomenal job at playing her and I'm so glad that after all these years, she's still acting and getting better and better. I love her sense of style, her smile, her hair and just simply everything about her. She's a great actress and I adore watching her on Pretty Little Liars.

MCM: Dave Franco

I discovered Dave Franco from 21 Jump Street so not too long ago. I think he's a great actor and yes, he's hot, haha. But he has a great sense of humor, dreamy eyes and a killer smile. I've watched a few of his movies and his acting has improved throughout the years. He's a great looking guy with phenomenal acting. Who doesn't have a crush on him? I can't wait to see all of the movies and projects he has in store for the future!

Why You Should Pick Up a Hobby

Picking up a hobby can be fun!

Of course, picking up a hobby that doesn’t kill you or hurt you in anyway is usually good.

Lots of people have asked me why they should pick up a hobby because I told them blogging was my hobby.

Well, for starters, it can be your escape. Sometimes, life gets difficult or you get stressed out or you’re just flat out having a bad day. I usually turn to my hobby to forget it all. I really love blogging, designing, and photography so whenever I’m down in the dumps, I’ll pick up my camera and start taking photos. It can help relax you when you have a hobby. Sometimes, you need a getaway or need to get your mind off of things so a hobby can do that.

You can turn your passion into money. I’m not at that point where I can make blogging a living but I have professional photographer friends who turned their love for photography into a business. Whether you like skateboarding or writing or drawing, turn it into cash. Sometimes, people see your passion and will pay you. Or if you know you’re doing a damn well good job, you can start charging people. For writing, you can write a small book and charge people for it. For skateboarding, you can charge people if they want a lesson or two. You never really know the doors that open for you until you try.

For me, my hobby cures boredom. Sometimes, your friends or family are too busy for you. That’s okay. It happens. You have your hobby to keep you company, to keep you sane, to keep you busy. I usually resort to blogging whenever I don’t have plans or whenever it’s convenient for me. Sometimes, I’ll have plans for a week and won’t ever have time to blog. Sometimes, I won’t see people for a week and will blog my life away. Your hobby will always be there.

Also, picking up a hobby gives you knowledge and experience in that field. Writing? I have experience in freelance writing. That looks perfect on my resume! You want to be a coach for a basketball team? You can put that you play basketball for years on your resume so that they know you didn’t just randomly decide to be a basketball player and that you have experience with throwing a ball. Hobbies lead to skills and experience that you can put on your resume. So why not pick up a hobby? I like to write for fun. Sometimes, my workplace requires me to send out emails to my students and that’s where my writing comes to play.

Go and pick up a hobby now because you might never know what happens in the future.
